Lovely place.
What Never Ceased to Amaze us, outside of the Southern range of Japan, where (at least they feel) it's nice and warm, the country is consider backward. Not up with it. So you get to this so-called HillBilly place and it has the most flipped-out railway station we ever saw. An electronic digital water clock with the time indicated by fountains! for cryin' out loud.
