San Gregorio

An abandoned cattle-ranch of giant proportions
on the southern shore of the continent between Punta Arenas and Pali Aike.
Especially in the weather we found it in on our way to Tierra del Fuego, food for melancholy thoughts.





It was a complete village, and completely self-sufficient.
Now, only one building is still in use - for some reason -
while a tanker harbor close by has the same name
