It's practically all around the city - just like the mountains.
If that sounds weird, it is special.
Where exactly doet a coast change into a harbor? Who cares about a point that moot. I've just bunged 'em all together; only, when there's a ship in sight, I decided it belonged in the harbor. If you don't agree with that, tough. Don't let me know, there's a good fellow.
